closing down website

Unfortunately, ive tried to advertise & help this server become populated as i saw great potential, but the server owner to my opinion does not have the dedication & time necessary to make this server great, as i think i was doing more work for the server than he was. im sorry but i dont want to continue working on a server that the admin is too busy to attend for. goodluck all.
